The entire process of booking a locker online was very easy and intuitive. We also had no issues storing our luggage once we arrived - the location is very convenient and central. Our only problem came when we tried to open the entrance door to pick up our bags. We entered the correct access code, but the door simply wouldn’t open. Nevertheless, when we called the phone number provided, the woman who answered was very kind and immediately helped us by unlocking the door remotely. Overall, we’re very satisfied with the service!
